In 1997, Hotel “Kolonada” was converted from four neighbouring spa houses, now it hosts both spa patients and traditional visitors to Karlovy Vary. This first class, excellently equipped hotel offers typical, but high standard services. The hotel has at its disposition two restaurants, balneological facilities, sauna, solarium, cosmetic salon, hairdresser, swimming pool. The capacity of the hotel is 162 standard rooms with four suites with a Jacuzzi, eleven managerial rooms, one presidential apartment and one so called ”children’s suite” which is designed for families with young children. There are non-smoking rooms, and a part of the restaurant is solely for non-smokers. Pets are welcomed to stay at the hotel. All entrances to the hotel and interior spaces are suitable for wheelchair access.

The hotel offers 2 restaurants to its visitors: the "Pilsner Urquell Original Restaurant" – the first one of a long chain of restaurants bearing this name. You can expect an exceptional atmosphere based on the spirit of the old Czech pub. This restaurant serves characteristically good Czech cuisine and perfect beer from Plzen, ”Pilsner Urquell”. It also offers a selection of diet and vegetarian choice dishes. The café-restaurant “Patria” can offer a wide range of services from the buffet style breakfasts up to the café with pleasant atmosphere, excellent coffee and tasty homemade cakes and pastries.
